There’s even a street named after me — Seaborn Court off Hwy 9 in Monte Sereno — from a development project I purchased and managed solo (It’s not every day your excellent work literally puts you on the map and street sign to prove it!

Annette recently helped my wife and me buy a house in Los Gatos. Being somewhat emotionally invested in the house, there's no way we could have done as good a job of negotiating the price down as Annette did for us. We are grateful for Annette getting us a great deal and all of the support she extended to us after the contract was signed.
Our house-buying process was so seamless, that we felt it was meant to be! Annette came to us with the perfect house (before we even knew it was what we really wanted), and 35 days later we were loving our new home. Once we made the offer, she guided us through the whole process and was always very responsive.
Annette has been a God's send for us. She is great to say the least. She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very optimistic. She has great negotiation skills, and she knows anyone that there is to know. She helped us through the crazy market. Well, Annette got us our dream house.
You need this professional on your side! Annette is professional, knowledgeable and tenacious. The results she achieved for us were well beyond our expectations. Her actions are smart, aggressive and most importantly executed with urgency to assure the best chance of success.
My husband and I came to know Annette by a chance interaction but her helpfulness and personality made a lasting impression. Annette has a thorough understanding of the local community and resources, the housing market, and a genuine interest in finding the perfect home for her clients.
Annette was outstanding to work with and made our home buying experience so enjoyable. She is a pro on Los Gatos and so well-networked. We highly recommend her for anyone who wants to have a true real estate professional assisting them.

More Than a Realtor
Annette isn’t just a trusted Realtor, she’s also a developer and builder. Through her company, Seaborn Development LLC, she purchased and developed the land that became Seaborn Court in Monte Sereno, turning a nearly one-acre parcel into a four-lot subdivision approved by the City.
With her hands-on experience in land development, construction, and property management, Annette brings unique insight to her clients. She knows what goes into building and improving a property, which allows her to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with an expert eye, whether it’s identifying untapped potential, advising on remodels, or positioning homes for maximum value.
Annette also personally specializes in downsizing for families moving out of large, long-held properties in Los Gatos and Monte Sereno — handling everything from sorting belongings to staging, hands-on.
